Excellent customer service, I accidentally booked the wrong type of unit and they helped me switch units and credited the wrong units payment.

Recently did business with Reba over at sentry mini storage, I called regarding a Uhaul, they didn't have the Uhaul trailer that i needed at their store but Reba went out of her way to find the trailer that i needed at another location. I really appreciated her help. I highly recommend this place, some of the best customer service i have experienced with Uhaul.

Unbeatable prices, thankful we don't need storage anymore because those unbeatable prices came up some flights of stairs. But this was one of our better storage experiences much better then public storage who gets zero stars, I'm so frustrated with them and their attitude and closing whenever they feel like it I haven't even given them a review yet. But this is about sentry and i would give them 5 stars but they weren't quite a 5 star experience pretty dang close though.
