Excellent customer service, I accidentally booked the wrong type of unit and they helped me switch units and credited the wrong units payment.

My daughter and I rented a unit on mt.view, Reba was awesome and very helpful, storage unit was clean and most importantly, free of pests. Great job staff

Recently did business with Reba over at sentry mini storage, I called regarding a Uhaul, they didn't have the Uhaul trailer that i needed at their store but Reba went out of her way to find the trailer that i needed at another location. I really appreciated her help. I highly recommend this place, some of the best customer service i have experienced with Uhaul.
