       The Pavilion at Sentry Park is host to Mason County’s largest private contiguous space for weddings, retirements, anniversaries, banquets, company meetings or small private parties. Your memories of a grand event are foremost in our mind. From the entry awning, doors and hallway to the draperies, lighting, dance floor and audio/video systems, we have covered all the little details to make the Pavilion a facility in which we can help you host the largest weddings and receptions to the smallest meetings.

        The Pavilion consists of various areas, ranging from 10,800 sq ft to 500 sq ft. These areas are designed to allow you to plan for those large weddings, receptions, anniversaries and events to the small government, corporate or private meeting, all in the grand style and atmosphere built into every corner of the Pavilion.
   

        The Grand Ballroom consists of 6,000 sq ft, including a 2400 sq foot Oak dance floor, separate bar area and state of the art sound and video system. The sound and video systems consist of a 10’ electric theater screen with a high resolution video projector. Full sound system connections are located within the stage area for your meetings and events. Computer access to the video system and Internet access is also available. Various lighting modes are available, from full lighting to controlled spot lights and wall sconces surrounding the Grand Ballroom and Banquet areas, together with separately controlled spotlighting on the stage areas.
        A separate meeting area, of approximately 1950 sq ft, is located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom and can be used separately for your small meetings and receptions or it can be opened up as an additional area to the Grand Ballroom.
The banquet area consists of 2400 sq ft directly adjacent to the Grand Ballroom and the kitchen for easy preparation and serving of meals and banquets.
        The Pavilion contains an 1100 sq ft, totally contained commercial kitchen which may be used in conjunction with our preferred caterers, the caterer of your choice or for a self prepared potluck or meal. With an 8 burner Wolf gas range, oven and griddle, Hobart Refrigeration and commercial dishwasher, walk-in freezer, 2 large commercial ovens and an ice machine, available for use, no banquet or meal is too large or small to prepare in our kitchen.
 

        Thinking of an outside ceremony or event? The Pavilion is set to handle your event with a beautifully landscaped area. Our brick archway, bridge, waterfall and pond are the perfect backdrop for any outside event. Located directly adjacent to the Grand Ballroom and Banquet Room, the Northwest weather becomes less of a worry to plan that beautiful outside wedding or event.

        The Pavilion is located on 5 acres of land, including a large easily accessible meadow, hundreds of acres of adjacent timber lands and direct access to Goldsborough Creek, making for the perfect photo opportunities.
